TOTS - AGES 1-6
As soon as your child is walking, they are ready for GYMNASTICS!
TOTS Classes are for young children - ages walking to 6-years-old - to learn the fundamentals of balance and body control. Watch them grow and move as they work their way through the basics of each of the gymnastics apparatuses and build trust in themselves to achieve goals and do difficult things! Our classes - some with coaches only and others with parent participation! - will introduce your child to the world of gymnastics!

Parent-Tot (Walking to 3yrs)
Parent participation class based on obstacles and introduction of basic movements.
Tiny-Tot (3yrs - 4yrs)
Combination of obstacles, drills and station work where children learn foundational skills for gymnastics.
Tumble-Tot (4yrs - 5yrs)
Station based skill development to prepare athletes for more advanced skills on all apparatuses.
Kinder-Tot (5yrs - 6yrs)
Designed for the older, Kindergarten aged child, KINDER-TOTS learn gymnastics skills using preschool equipment AND the “big kid” equipment.
